Orders placed before 5 pm will be shipped the same day (unless otherwise notified). Fed Ex tracking, and counter-to-counter
service is available.
LVN Systems uses proven packaging
methods to ensure your package arrives safe and sound. For more packages, IntelliPack's "Foam in Place" packaging
is used to ensure the highest quality shipping. With "Foam-in-Place", a simple cushioning and bracing process is
ideal for a variety of items with changing shapes and sizes.

American Express for online orders.
You may also call 1-888-821-7107 to make an order over the phone. If
you use a credit card, your order will ship immediately. If you pay by personal check, your order will ship 5 business days
after we receive your check.
Privacy Policy
Contact information including email
address, telephone number, address, etc. which is provided by the user is used solely for the purpose of completing the order.
This includes information pertaining to gift recipients. Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates,
billing address is used solely to bill the customer for their order.
Return Policy
All returns must be shipped back in original packaging
and require an RMA number.
All RMA numbers are valid for 10 days.
All RMA numbers will not be extended and will be closed upon expiration.
You must contact LVN Systems to obtain another RMA number if
granted.
Purchaser is responsible for all Shipping Costs.
A Restocking fee of 25% applies within 30 days of the return on non defective product that passes testing and must be returned in the same condition.
A Restocking
fee of 35% applies to all SPECIAL ORDERS that are non defective and returned within 30 days.
This time period includes the transit time for us to receive the return from the customer.
